Airport Transfers


We recommend Canal Travel although they do tend to be a little more expensive than using taxis. They are however very reliable and will be waiting at the airport on your arrival day and will pick you up from the villa on your day of departure. The booking process is very straight forward.




Cancellation Policy


  1. The deposit of £150 per week booked is non refundable


  1. Greater than 56 days before arrival date 100% of balance refunded (if paid early)


  1. 29-56 days before arrival date 50% of balance refunded


  1. 5-28 days before arrival date 25% of balance refunded


  1. 0-14 days before arrival date no refund



Booking Process


  1. Booking details agreed via telephone or e-mail.


  1. Casa Calma booking document e-mailed to guest.


  1. Guest completes booking document and returns to the address at the top of the document


  1. Receipt of booking document and deposit is confirmed.


  1. Eight weeks prior to the departure guest settles balance of payment


  1. On receipt of the balance, all details regarding the stay are e-mailed to the guest including directions from the airport, how to gain access to the villa and contact details of our management company who are located just a short distance from the villa.


  1. At the end of the stay guests are asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire.
